workshop for schools

Our workshops for schools give students a practical insight into the world of visual merchandising and sales design. They are specifically designed for students in areas such as sales, merchandising and other related specialisms.

We provide an overview and inspiration of modern techniques that help create a successful retail environment. We not only explain the theory, but show how these principles work in practice, providing students with tools they can use in their careers. We start by discussing what you expect from the workshop and what you want to achieve with your students. Based on these requirements, we will tailor a course to meet your needs.

our working methods

At the beginning of the workshop, we will discuss your expectations of the workshop and your goals for the students. Based on these requirements, we will design a course tailored to your needs.

The training is designed to offer students a combination of theory, inspiration and practice. We start with a focus on visual merchandising, explaining what the discipline is and how it can be used in everyday practice. The programme also includes an overview of global trends, showing how current trends are influencing the way products are presented and the customer experience.

In addition, students will learn basic display principles that will help them effectively present products for maximum visual and sales impact. Neuromarketing is also an important part of the course, where we explain how psychology influences customer decision making and how this knowledge can be used effectively.

What you can expect

The workshop takes place at your school and is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part, we explain the key concepts and principles, while the theory is complemented by short practical exercises to prepare students for the next stages.

In the practical part, the students will be given a task that is similar to a real job and they will work on it on their own for several days. Their task will be to create a concept for the decoration or visual presentation of a retail space.

At the final meeting, the students will present their designs for the sales hotspots. Together, we evaluate them, discuss the results and immediately try out possible improvements.

Thanks to this approach, which combines theory and practice, the students not only gain new knowledge but also valuable experience in real-life situations that they may encounter in their future careers as visual merchandisers or arrangers.
